Edward J. White, M.D., F.A.C.S., Joins Saint Francis

Edward White MD Specialist in Surgery 

(Hartford, Conn. July 3, 2013) – Edward J. White, M.D., of Enfield, a specialist in surgery, has joined the medical staff of Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center.

Dr. White received his medical degree from The University of Southern California, CA. He completed his residency in general surgery at Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center, as well as his internship.

Dr. White served as a major with the United Sate Air Force at the USAF Hospital, Castle AFB, CA, where he was formerly Chief of Surgery and Chief of Hospital Services.

Dr. White is a Diplomat of the American Board of Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. White is also a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society; Society of Surgical Oncology; American Society of Breast Disease; American Society of Breast Surgeons; Connecticut Medical Association; and Hartford County Medical Society.

At Saint Francis, Dr. White is practicing as a member of the Saint Francis Medical Group.
