Saint Francis Names Patti LaMonica, R.N., M.S.N., Interim Chief Nursing Officer

Patti Lamonica, RN, MSN(Hartford, Conn. August 27, 2013) - Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center has named Patti LaMonica, R.N., MSN, currently Executive Director of the Emergency Medicine and Prehospital Service Line, additionally as Interim Chief Nursing Officer.  

LaMonica, a Harwinton resident, has over 40 years of acute care nursing experience and has been part of the Saint Francis family for seven years.  In addition to her responsibilities as Executive Director of Emergency Medicine, LaMonica oversees the Clinical Resource Coordinators, Bed Control and the IV Therapy Team. LaMonica previously served as interim CNO from 2009-2010.

LaMonica received her MSN in adult nursing from Western Connecticut State University, Danbury. She earned her BSN from Southern Connecticut State University, New Haven; and a BA in psychology from Central Connecticut State University, New Britain. LaMonica received her RN degree from the Saint Francis School of Nursing.
