Carlos Enciso Chaves, M.D., Joins Saint Francis

Carlos Enciso Chaves MD(Hartford, Conn. November 25, 2014) – Carlos Enciso Chaves, M.D., of Manchester, a psychiatrist, has joined the medical staff at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center. 

Dr. Enciso Chaves earned his medical degree and finished his residency at the Universidad Nacional de Asuncion, Paraguay.  He completed his Psychiatry residency at Beth Israel Medical Center, New York, NY, and is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Enciso Chaves is a member of the American Psychiatric Association.   

At Saint Francis, he is practicing as a member of Saint Francis Behavioral Health Group.
