resident Scott Ellner, D.O., MHCM, FACS, President of the Saint Francis Medical
Group, Vice Chairman of the Department of Surgery, and Director of Surgical
Quality at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, has been named as a 2015
Healthcare Hero by the Connecticut Hospital Association.
