Emergency Medicine Specialist Joint Saint Francis

Emily A. Ryan, D.O., Specialist in Emergency Medicine 

(Hartford, Conn. November 1, 2011) – Emily A. Ryan, D.O., of West Hartford, a specialist in emergency medicine, has joined the medical staff of Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center. Dr. Ryan received her medical degree with honors from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, East Lansing, Mich.  She served as an intern and resident in emergency medicine at Mount Clemens General Hospital, Mount Clemens, Mich., and most recently served as an emergency physician at Henry Ford Health System, Detroit.
Board certified in osteopathic emergency medicine, Dr. Ryan is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians, Connecticut College of Emergency Physicians, American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians, American Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association, Michigan Osteopathic Association, and an alumni member of the Emergency Medicine Residency Association. At Saint Francis, Dr. Ryan is practicing as member of the Department of Emergency Medicine.
