(Hartford, Conn. August 14, 2012) – Rachelle Dyquiangco, M.D., of Wethersfield, a hospitalist, has joined the medical staff of Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center.
Dr. Dyquiangco received her medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines. She completed her fellowship in nephrology at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, T.X., and completed her residency at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, Farmington.
Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Dyquiangco is a member of the American Society of Nephrology and the National Kidney Foundation.
At Saint Francis, Dr. Dyquiangco is practicing as a member of the Saint Francis Medical Group.
