We will ask you to sign consent forms permitting us to release your records to your PCP. We will also encourage you to see your PCP following your visit to Saint Francis FastCare, and to keep your PCP informed and up-to-date on all of your treatments and medications.
What if my condition unexpectedly requires a physician’s attention?
Your Saint Francis FastCare APRN will refer you to physician, if needed.
Does Saint Francis FastCare provide emergency medicine or urgent care?
