Characterizing Upper Extremity Function in Individuals with Multiple Sclerosis Identifier: NCT02398149

Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital
490 Blue Hills Ave
Hartford, CT 06112

Short Description
The purpose of this study is to characterize upper extremity involvement in a population of community-based persons with MS across the International Classification of Functioning, Disability & Health (ICF) domains and constructs. One’s upper extremity (UE) function is critical to maintaining independence in daily activities and community participation. A better understanding of how the UE affected in persons with MS is needed to help provide necessary information to develop individualized treatment plans to promote maximum functional independence. Information collected in this study will be used to help prioritize the design and selection of future clinical care and rehabilitative interventions.

Status Closed to enrollment, in data analysis phase only.
