2006

The name of the Rehabilitation Hospital of Connecticut is changed to Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital. This change reflects the significance of the historic coming together of Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center and Mount Sinai Hospital more than sixteen years earlier. By way of further recognition, the Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation Board provides a $1 million grant for the capital needs of the Rehabilitation Hospital.
