This 26-week program combines dedicated classroom and clinical instruction with the concentration in Vascular ultrasound. Classroom instruction will take place one morning a week with the remaining 4-and-a-half days consisting of clinical, hands-on instruction.
This program is for applicants that already hold an ultrasound credential in ultrasound.
This 52-week program combines dedicated classroom and clinical instruction with the concentration in Vascular ultrasound. Classroom instruction will take place one morning a week with the remaining 4-and-a-half days consisting of clinical, hands-on instruction.
This program is for applicants without an ultrasound credential.
Admission to this program is limited to CCI- or ARDMS-registered cardiac and general sonographers. Although not required, preference will be given to graduates of a ultrasound program accredited by the JRC-DMS or JRC-CVT and recognized by CAAHEP. The following requirements also apply: a two-year AMA Allied Health degree that is health care related. These include, but are not limited to: Radiologic Technology, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Registered Nursing. Students who have a bachelor's degree with 8 credits of Anatomy and Physiology completed in health care will be considered. MDs and DOs are eligible to apply.
